Hi everyone, my name is

I’m a lively six month old english springer spaniel. People always tell
me how pretty I am and I love to be everyone’s friend, animals and
people alike!

I’ve been coming to Ash vets since I was a young puppy to have my
initial vaccinations, health checks and my flea and worm treatment.
However when I was five months old I came for a different reason
as I had chewed something a bit to hard and fractured one of my
milk teeth! Luckily my Mum and Dad had booked me in to be
spayed the following day so the broken tooth was whipped out at
the same time.

All was well for a few weeks and I managed to stay out of mischief.
But one weekend my tummy felt odd and I was sick in the evening.
My dad thought I may have sneakily swallowed a stone he had caught
me chewing earlier. I was whisked off to the vets first thing in the
morning. At my check up two days later I was still retching and not
my usual bubbly self. I was admitted for some xrays which showed
the problem – the stone sitting in my tummy! I obviously hadn’t
learnt my lesson about chewing hard things! I had an operation that
very day to remove the stone. All went well and I felt back to my
normal self in no time.

I find the world a very exiting place. I love to sniff, run and play.
I even enjoy my trips to the vets. I now know all the staff and they
know me!
