When We Are Open
In case of any sort of emergency, please telephone the practice, who can advise you on any first aid to perform at home. We will tell you which surgery to visit and how best to transport your animal to the surgery.
In all cases please telephone the surgery before you leave. This way we can prepare everything you may need for your animal’s emergency treatment and make sure that there is a member of staff ready to receive you. Please do not turn up at the surgery unannounced. Some of our clinics are not open all through the day and you may delay your animal’s treatment by attending the wrong surgery.
Out Of Hours
Out of hours we use dedicated emergency services. This means that your animal will receive the best of veterinary care twenty four hours a day. Both our emergency clinics are fully staffed by vets and nurses from when we close in the evening, to when we open again in the morning. The vet and nurse remain on site all night and weekend, so there is always someone there to monitor your animal.
If you phone us when we are not at the surgery, you will hear an answer machine message giving you the number of the emergency service.
